I promised more!

We were surprised to get up one morning and see the guys from New Mexico had there truck engine heater plugged into the generator . It was chilly over night but not even close to being this cold.
At least we were entertained

Fisherman Yoga

So the campground over the weekend was almost full ( See we weren't the only crazy ones) The guys across from us were from New Mexico and I happened to glance over and seen these two legs sticking up in the air. At first I was like what is this guy doing standing on his head, Some kind of new fisherman's yoga or something. Then I decided that he was draining the water out.
luckily as it turns out the fisherman wasn't even in them and had them out for drying.
It did make me laugh and obviously was entertaining enough for me to get the camera.

Wait till next time when I post the pictures of this same camp with there truck plugged into the generator, lol

Easter weekend!

Our house for the weekend
We went to Dripping springs over the weekend. We had some good weather and some windy cold weather but all in all we had a really great time.
This campground is not a really beautiful campground as they had a fire back in 2002 which took out all of the cedar tree's. They have planted new tree's but they are small and it will be awhile before they get big enough to make some shade

Here is what I have been working on since Sunday. The first picture is the hummingbirds head

here is the finished project. This is not my own design but a pattern I ordered as I had never done the 3 dimensional beading before. I love how it turned out and was a really nice pattern to work with I have started a second one in some different colors so look for new pics of that

Death by ice tea!

So I am unable at this time to post pictures as my laptop has had an accident. So I have been forced to move to the desktop and for some reason it will not download any pics from my camera.
So now I know that your wondering what has happened to my laptop. On Sunday I had just refilled my ice tea glass When hubby decided he would be cute and throw one of the dogs tennis balls at me hitting me in the elbow and spilling my ice tea all over my laptop. And now it is dead.
And I am sure that my warranty doesn't cover death by ice tea.
Hubby feels really bad and has promised to get it fixed or replace it whichever he needs to do. Which is good or he just may find out that his flat screen TV is allergic to ice tea also. lol
I haven't called dell yet to see who I need to have look at it but will be doing that soon

We are headed out for the weekend for our first camping trip of the year, We are going to Drippings springs The weather is supposed to be in the upper 50's for the weekend. I don't even care if the weather sucks it will just be nice to get to go.
I will be taking lots of pics hopefully I can get them into the puter so that I can post some next week when we get back

Chico's new coat!

This poor dog has no hair on his underside and with the cold temps we have been having he gets so cold within just a few minutes outside.
So I decided he needed a coat, but what to make it out of, At first I thought maybe a sleeve of one of the jackets that the little girls had outgrown but everything we had was way to big.
I then looked at Mitch's socks. still way to big, but finally one of my booty socks with a couple of cuts in the right places and wallah instant dog sweater.
He seems to love it and when he outgrows it we will just get a bigger sock, lol
