a busy couple of weeks!

My macky dog, he had a stroke or something a couple of weeks ago and just was unable to recover so we made the choice to have him put to sleep, which was very hard on me as you know this little dog has been my baby for about the last 15 years or so. I miss him but I do know it the best thing for him. And having rocky the new puppy has helped as he keeps me pretty busy
Elizabeth and Odin, Odin loves the babies and is so good with them considering he's such a huge dog compared to them. As you can see the babies love him too!

Elizabeth is crawling now

prep work for the sidewalk from the garage to the backyard
last piece of the backyard sidewalk

Here's the dumpster we had set so we could clean up the yard and we filled that sucker right to the top. I didn't think we would

Sprinkling system and new grass for the backyard, we should have this all done this weekend
My garden spot between the house and the sidewalk.
So two weekends ago was spent filling the dumpster, we had so many piles of stuff to haul off we just figured this would be faster and easier. Then we finished the sidewalk in the back and moved the fifth wheel to the RV parking spot.

Last weekend we decided would be a good time to have a garage sale so that anything that didn't sell we could throw in the dumpster before they picked it up. Which by the way went very well ( I made over $400.00 dollars for the two days) I sold everything really cheap and only had a hand full of stuff to throw away. plus I can get back into my walk in closet and the cupboards and the sheds. We really cleaned out a bunch of stuff ( I had stuff in boxes in the bottom of my closet which I had moved from the old house and never unpacked) I sold all of my books which was a lot easier than i thought it would be.

I have been watching Elizabeth for Ash as she has gone back to work, which has been a lot of fun

Kolby is in the process of moving out. she finished school completely on the 14th. Her and Daniel were going to have a may wedding but decided to instead take the money for the wedding go to the justice of the peace and then take the money and go on a really great trip. They haven't decided on when or where yet, but I will keep you posted.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have our first trip of the year planned, were leaving on the 5th of June for Northern Idaho and then come home, of course through Yellowstone. I believe the planning of these trips is sometimes as much fun as taking them. We'll be staying in Riggins Idaho on the 7th and 8th they have some kind of Whitewater festival going on so that should be fun then on to Coure D alene, then who knows. We did run into one little snag the fridge in the fifth wheel has been recalled due to the fact it can burn the trailer down (found out last Sunday on one of the forums) but luckily they were able to get it in the shop on Friday and will be able to get it fixed by next week.

Well that's about it for now

the grass in the front yard is starting to come in and greening up
