So I haven't had a post since I fell and broke my ass,(tailbone) as I really didn't have much to write about being stuck in bed and all. well unless you count how much daytime tv sucks, or the fact that I have read every book in the house including a couple twice, or the fact that I can actually get sick of surfing the internet, (thats the most shocking) and since sitting at my art table was out creating something wasn't possible, but the good news is I am finally starting to feel better physically anyways.

We awoke to more snow this morning and I am really really really sick of it, Would love to take the trailer and go someplace warm, but as you can see from the pics its not going anywhere anytime soon. So We think we'll take off weekend after nest and go to Vegas for a long weekend hopefully It will be warmer or at the very least there won't be any snow ( you know our luck with that as of late) So I have added some of the camping pics to remind us that spring is coming!

I has an accident on Wed night and slipped and fell and broke my tail bone and injured my lower back so I am laid up in bed for the time being, and after 2 days I am about gone stir crazy. Not sure I'll make it 7-10 days. good thing I have new books to read as the tv sucks.

I lost a very dear friend on Sunday and it is a great loss. She was a good friend who over the years has endured many trials and was still able to laugh and be positive with everybody around her. I will miss her.

Christmas and New Years

We had a wonderful Christmas, all the kids were here and it was really great having Chelle here, Christmas is truly for the very young. The big kids all had a good time, but the little ones had a much better time. I didn't get any pics as Chelle wanted to be in my lap the whole morning and I would rather snuggle with her than take pics so these pics are the extent of what I have. Chelle loved her 4-wheeler and I'm surprised that the carpet held up, or that the dogs haven't went neurotic from being chased all over the house by it.

We had a really quiet new years the kids were all gone and we just stayed home and relaxed.

Now I'm trying to catch up on all things that got overlooked over the holidays and trying to get my tree taken down.

Its snowing again, we have had so much snow this year we should of bought that snow blower, lol

Finally some sun!

We finally have a sunny day, we have awoken to snow almost every morning and if we don't have snow we have had fog and extremely cold Monday by 6:30 it was -4 degrees.

Every body in the basin has been sick it seems, me included was down in bed for 4 days last week, which I never do. Drue has been home sick since Wed, he is hopefully getting better.

I got called for Jury duty this week and never expected to be picked, but I did.
Now this is a daunting thing, The fact that you hold some persons future basically in the palm of your hand, And whatever you decide determines whatever happens next. Needless to say it was a learning experience. I may go into details about the case later.

Christmas is just 3 days away I haven't even had time to get Christmas cards out , maybe today!

I realized that the pic of my christmas tree just only showed the lights, So here are some of my handmade ornaments on my tree. Most are made by me and a few are made by artistic friends of mine.

The Christmas tree is up, This is my Favorite time of the year, (well other than having to wrap presents, thank god for the bags that you can just put it in and add a little tissue paper) were all getting together Christmas eve, I always cook a huge meal on Christmas eve then Christmas day we can all just lay around and be lazy and play with our Christmas toys.

We have had new snow every morning since Friday, The most snow we have had in years. hopefully it keeps snowing and doesn't get the bitter cold we had last year
