First showing!

Yellowstone last September,
I am getting that feeling that its that time of the year again. Usually at this time of the year we are getting ready to go to Yellowstone. We usually go over Labor day and stay for 14 days. Last year we had to wait as we were waiting on the arrival of lizard. Who made here appearance on the fifth. This year we had decided that we would have to stay home what with trying to sell the house and all and then we got to talking yesterday that we have a realtor to take care of selling the house so there really wasn't any reason why we couldn't go. Other than Mitch has the truck rebuild he needs to finish, So if he can get that finished by the end of the month we think we will probably go.

We have had 3 calls on the house and one showing last night that went really well, The people said they would get with our Realtor either last night or this morning. So we are keeping our fingers crossed. One of the other calls was from another Realtor who had a client who wanted to see the house and had to get with her client to see when a good time for them to come and see the house. So we have had some interest already.
The third call was from a no name who thought we were crazy for asking what we were asking, I suspect that was the people who own the property to the east of us, as they made us an offer a few years ago to buy the property but they wanted us to just give it to them basically.
I am trying not to get my hopes up as this is really early in the game, and nobody sells there house the first week it is listed.
Well I'm off to pick tomatoes as we have about 20 that are ready all at once, I think i will make homemade spaghetti sauce
