My grandchildren have went to the dogs!

We had Chelly belly over the weekend and yes this is her and Odie in the dog bed

Lizard and her mom stopped by on Friday and yes you guessed it right to the dog bed she went
1. We had a pretty good weekend. Took Chelly belly to Vernal on Sat as we had to get a few things. I bought her a little people camper set that is so cute it has a pop-up camper, a truck, cooler, camp chairs, sleeping bags, and its own campfire plus two little people oh and a fishing pole with a fish on it. She has played no stop with it since we got home and took it to bed with her last night.

2. Speaking of beds I am missing my serta perfect sleeper very much right now, not only because it was sooooooooooo very comfortable to sleep on but because it was super huge. Last night being a perfect example try sleeping in a full size bed with a soon to be 3 year old ( who climb in I think around 2 am), a 2 year seppalla husky, and a 6 month old mini American Eskimo. Needless to say the dogs and the child slept well, Mitch and myself not so good. So needless to say its Sunday evening and we are both very tired. Well chasing a almost 3 year old all over may have something to do with it also.

3. My tomato plants have been producing like crazy, We have had so many BLT'S and there is no way we would be able to eat them all.

4. So on Friday I made pasta salad with them, here's the quick and easy recipe.
1 bottle Kraft Sun Dried Tomato vinegrette salad dressing.
1 package large shell macaroni
2 cucumbers
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
3 large tomato's
1 can medium olives
2 cans tiny shrimp
cook shells according to directions. Clean, peal, and cut up all veggies. slice olives, and drain and rinse shrimp.
Place in large bowl and pour over dressing. stir
this needs to be stirred before serving as the dressing has a tendency to settle in the bottom, quick and easy and a great summer salad. We just finished of the last of it today.

5. So even after making salad I had 15 ripe tomatoes, So today I blanched them and peeled them and cut them up and made spaghetti sauce. There is nothing better than sauce made with fresh tomato's we ate till we were miserable and I have enough left over to freeze for another night.

6. By next weekend I will have the same amount and some bell peppers so looks like fresh salsa to me.
